We would love to have you! Clicking here, you will find the Camp Breathe Easy volunteer registration form for 2010. Completing this form does not guarantee your acceptance in camp. Upon receipt of this completed registration, you will be mailed a medical form that must be completed and signed by a physician (or university medical practitioner) in that same mailing will be waivers/consent forms that must be signed by you. It is after all of these steps are complete that we can then do reference checks, interview and determine your acceptance.
The children of Camp Breathe Easy are very special to us and we want to ensure their health and safety as well as yours. Please understand that these documents are universal requirements of all volunteers and staff annually.
